- Invoicing:
FIL will confirm receipt of payment by e-mail or by fax and send the original invoice corresponding to the payment by post. Full-payment invoice will be delivered to you during FIL. Exceptions by request only.
Important During the event you can pick up your invoice in the Professional's Business Center. The deadline to request any invoice is December 30, 2008. |

- Participation in FIL 2007 and previous editions
- Specify the kind of booth you are requesting: equipped or without equipment (please refer to the floor plan).
- Square meters requested.
- Prompt payment in 2008 and previous years.
- Space re-location
- Please send a written request.
- Any change depends on space availability.
- If FIL has space available, we will send you a proposal after June 4.
- Space increase
- Please send a written request specifying the number of additional meters requested.
- Any increase depends on space availability and might require booth re-location.
- If FIL has space available, we will send you a proposal after June 4.
- The cost of additional meters will be charged at the regular rate

Companies that did not participate in 2007:
- Fill out and send the attached application form without any payment.
- The Organizing Committee will confirm if there is a space available for you in the exhibition area after July 4.
- 3. Once you accept our proposal, 50% of the booth cost must be paid within the next 10 days. All cancellation policies apply.

Cancellation Policies
If the exhibitor decides to cancel the booth assigned by the organizing committee, FIL will apply the following penalties:
- Before May 31: 90% refund
- Between June 1st and July 1st: 80% refund
- Between July 2nd and August 1st: 60% refund
- Between August 2nd and September 1st: 30% refund
- Between September 2nd and December 7th: no refund and no right to participate.
