Setup Information |
Setup equipped booth
- Prior to September 30, please fax your Booth Setup Form, stating your furniture needs, to FIL'S Setup Coordinator.
- FIL'S Organizing Committee will hand over booths on Friday, November 28 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
- FIL's Organizing Committee may take over the space of any booth that is not set-up prior to 4 PM on November 28th, 2008, without re-imbursing the exhibitor.

Setup non-equipped booth
- Before designing your stand, please refer to point three of the Exhibitor's Guide 1 regulations, which refers to the setup, maintenance, dismantling and security of the booths.
- Prior to September 30, 2008, you must send a copy of your booth design and insurance (for two-level booths) to FIL'S Setup Coordinator for its approval.
- According to Exhibitor Regulations, two level stands no higher than 5 meters must present proof of insurance stating that the exhibitor is responsible for all damages to other booths or to the Expo site.
- Prior to the delivery of materials you wish to bring into the Expo, please fill out the enclosed form in triplicate and bring it to the entry door.
- Entry of materials will be in agreement whit the location of your booth. The booth's Coordinator will do to know early the date and hour that corresponds you.

Book Storage
The warehouse is located in parking level 1 (before lobby 5) and will operate from November 25, 2008 from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. Materials arriving before this date will be returned to the transport company since we do not have space to store them.
- We will not accept deliveries that require immediate payment.

Security
- Exhibitors must buy insurance to cover (clause 3.10 of the Exhibitors Regulations)
- Theft or destruction of their goods.
- Injuries or death of the staff working for them (hired directly or indirectly by the exhibitor).
- Damage or destruction of goods belonging to others caused by the exhibitor.
- Injuries or death of staff working for others caused by the exhibitor.
- Exhibitors will be responsible for any damages or injuries caused to others in their persons or their goods according to the Civil Code of the State of Jalisco or, if required, the Penal Code of the State of Jalisco. (Clause 3.11 of the Exhibitors Regulations).
- To protect your exhibit materials, you should:
- Arrive at your booth 10 minutes before the opening to the public (8:50am).
- Leave the exhibit area 10 minutes after the closing (9:10pm).
- Include a sales receipt for all retail and wholesale transactions during FIL. Receipts will be required by security at the exit of the fairgrounds.
- There is a secure storage station in the main vestibule of Expo Guadalajara for items no larger than a portable computer-upon arrival, we will inform you as to its exact location.

Dismantling
Dismantling of booths can take place only on Monday, December 8, from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm for non-equipped booths and 9 am to 2 pm for equipped booth. FIL is not responsible for materials not removed during this time frame.
The booths and the standard equipment must be returned to the FIL Organizing Committee in perfect working order. Exhibitors are responsible for damages to the booth and the rented equipment. All damages must be paid prior to your departure from Expo Guadalajara.
