Cancellation Policies |
In case the exhibitor decides to cancel the stand assigned by the Organizing Committee, FIL will act according to the schedule below:
- Before May 31: 90% refund of the amount paid to the date.
- Between June 1 and July 1: 80% refund of the amount paid to the date.
- Between July 2 and August 1: 60% refund of the amount paid to the date.
- Between August 2 and September 1: 30% refund of the amount paid to the date.
- Between September 2 and December 4: no refund applies and the Organizing Committee will make use of the space in the current and future editions.
