Each year, the Guadalajara International Book Fair brings together the most important offer of Spanish-language publishing in the world. Over 900 publishing houses and 17,000 professionals from 40 countries come to do business and also sell their products to the more than 600,000 visitors.
Today, the book in Spanish is the second most important publishing market in the world and one of the most dynamic in translations.
Apart from being a publishing trade center, the Fair leaves the city an economic income of over 100 million dollars.
