Rates are quoted in US dollars at the exchange rate established by Banamex and include sales tax.

Please do the payment only if you have already received a confirmation of a space.

Payment and cancellation policies:

  1. Payments must be made no later than two months after receipt of confirmation of the space. If payment is not made, the reservation will be cancelled.
    Cancellation requests received by September 15th will receive a refund 70% of the amount paid. Those received between September 16th and October 13th will receive a 50% refund, and no refunds will be made after October 14th.
  2. The last day to request invoices is December 30, 2017.

  • Table outside the room for sale during the presentation
