Strategic Inclusion: Opportunities in Inclusion and Accessibility for Professionals

FIL Guadalajara Inclusion Program offers a series of workshops and conferences that address the challenges and opportunities in creating friendly environments for people with disabilities of various ages. With the participation of speakers and workshop leaders with extensive experience and background, the program seeks to promote change and make diversity a fundamental pillar of business and professional strategy. This 2024, the Inclusion Program is organized by the FIL and Idélu, a Guadalajara company that develops educational, inclusive and recreational methodologies in services and board games adapted for people with and without disabilities, of various ages.
