Training for professionals´

International Authors Forum

The books are written by authors.

At the most important book fair in Ibero-America, the International Authors Forum (IAF) makes its presence known. The IAF is an international organization that represents more than 80 creators' associations from around the world (nearly one million authors) and works on their behalf to promote better practices for fairer and more balanced contracts, ensuring their voices are heard and considered in the cultural programs and policies of various countries.

Starting from this first edition, the IAF Day will serve as a space for both national and international authors (writers, translators, illustrators, and visual artists) to come together to share, reflect, and discuss the main issues they face in their professional activities.

This event will feature panel discussions, lectures, and talks primarily aimed at creators and all those involved in the book value chain and the publishing industry, from the perspective of respect for and protection of copyright.
