To receive discounted rates, please reserve through FIL. Deadline: November 14th, 2026.
FIL offers contracted services for breakfast, lunch, dinner, work sessions, cocktails, coffee breaks and other food services for your employees and executives at the Barceló and Westin hotels.
To give you an accurate estimate, we need the following information: number of guests, date and place, time and food and beverages preferences.
Once we have received this information, we will give you a personalized quote.
We remind you that all food and beverage services for the interior of the fairgrounds must be
contracted directly to Expo Guadalajara.
