How to participate

The e-book area is designed for service providers in the areas of digital editing, content and support. It is located in the International Area of the exposition site.

The objective of this space is to bring digital product and service developers together with their potential clients, whether they be publishing houses, libraries or readers themselves.

In addition to exhibition modules and booths, the Area has a presentation forum where participating companies have the opportunity to explain their products and services. It runs parallel to the content program coordinated by the FIL.

 

General Information

FIL Dates: November 24 to December 2

Professional days: from November 24 to 28

Types of participation in the e-book area

  • 5 days, from November 24 to November 28 for companies who only wish to network with professionals, in exhibition modules at the e-book zone located at corridor ññ and booths at the e-book area at corridor HH.
  • 9 days, from November 24 to December 2 for companies wishing to network with professionals and the general public in booths at the e-book area at corridor HH.

Cost:

  • 5 days participation with a module at corridor ññ: $1,500 USD (including VAT).
  • 5 or 9 days participation with an exhibition booth at corridor HH: $232 USD per square meter (including VAT).

Payment Dates:

  • 50% within 10 days following receipt of module confirmation.
  • 50% before August 15, 2018.

The amount includes:

For 5 days participants with modules at corridor ññ:

  • 1 module
  • 3 benches
  • 1 sign
  • 1 power outlet
  • Internet access
  • 1 screen
  • 2 badges
  • Participation of your company at the e-book area presentations program.
  • Publication of your details in the online and printed Exhibitors and Professionals Catalog (due date for sending information: August 10)

For participants with a 9 or 5 days booth at corridor HH:

  • Publication of your titles in the Book Catalog (for e-book companies: due date September 20)
  • Exhibition space
  • Carpeting
  • 1 power outlet
  • Badges
  • Participation of your company at the e-bnook area presentations program.
  • Publication of your details in the online and printed Exhibitors and Professionals Catalog (due date for sending information: August 10)
  • Publication of your titles in the Book Catalog (for e-book companies: due date September 20)

Cost of additional badges: $700 Mexican pesos

Participants may all access the various programs and services offered by the FIL

Space allocation:

2017 Exhibitors: The same module you had in 2017 at e-book area in corridor ññ will be assigned if reservation and payment of 50% of the cost is done by May 30.

 

New participants: must submit the application form and wait for a space proposal.
