Creating readers

International Short Story Writers Conference

The International Short Story Writers Conference proposes to invite readers and editors to revitalize the pleasure of reading stories. As we know, this genre is found in all our prose and it is precisely this essence that we wish to make evident by offering readers a naked and large sample of what is being written today.

The participation of noteworthy short story writers and the enthusiasm of followers of brief narrative have allowed, in a short time, for this event to become one of the most active spaces for reflection and promotion of the genre.

Different to other genres, short stories remain, discreet yet solid, almost immutable, as a pillar of narrative and a reminder that everything counts, that everything has been told since the world is world.
