Space assignment policies
Stands will be assigned according to the following policies:
The companies that did not participate in the 2016 edition should send the request Stand form and wait until June for a stand proposal according to the availability of the requested stand.
The companies that participated in the most recent edition of the Book Fair can keep the same space if they follow the prompt payment schedule. First payment: March 8, 2017
Companies that fail to pay in full by August 15 will be subject to relocation, adjustment of meters or cancellation in this or future editions of FIL.
In case the exhibitor decides to cancel the stand assigned by the Organizing Committee, or the Committee decides to cancel because there was a non compliance by the exhibitor, FIL will act according to the cancellation schedule.
