At FIL Guadalajara we want you to live an unforgettable and safe experience, so we have implemented a series of measures to take care of one another.

Please read and follow the following recommendations:

Before your arrival at the venue

  • You will have to fill out the health questionnaire that you will find on the fil.com.mx website starting November 25.
The purpose of this questionnaire is identifying risk factors. It will request information about the vaccination schedule of each attendee.

Arriving at the venue

  • Have your completed health questionnaire handy.
  • All attendees will pass through a sanitary filter where:

    • Their temperature will be taken. Access will be denied to people with a temperature above 37.5 °C or with evidence of cold-like symptoms.
    • Antibacterial gel will be provided.
    • The correct use of masks (KN95 or three-layered, covering mouth and nose) will be verified.

      riz)

During the event:

  • At all times you must wear the mask correctly (covering mouth and nose).
  • You must respect physical distancing (1.50 meters) between each person.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
  • If you cough or sneeze, cover your mouth with your forearm.
  • Follow directional signage in the aisles of the exhibit area.
  • There will be antibacterial gel dispensers at various points in the FIL venue. We recommend using it frequently and when considered necessary, before entering a booth or event hall.
  • There will be random COVID-19 testing among attendees, so we ask you to be patient in case you are selected.
  • If you enter a hall for an in-person activity, it is necessary that you wear your mask correctly at all times.
  • Once inside the event halls, please stay in one place and respect the physical distancing guidelines.
