FIL Guadalajara Press accreditation application
The press accreditation process for content creators for the 2025 edition has concluded.
On this web portal, you can now begin your on-site press accreditation application. Please read the following instructions carefully to obtain your badge, and then click on the appropriate form.
Once you submit your form, you will receive an email with a barcode. The barcode DOES NOT confirm that your accreditation has been approved.
Starting November 28th, visit the PRESS modules in the DESFILIA area at Expo Guadalajara and present your barcode. Our team will review your request and determine wether your accreditation can be approved.
Remember to arrive during the specified hours to receive your on-site accreditation.
- November 28th, 16:00 to 18:00 hours
- November 29th, 13:00 to 19:00 hours
- November 30th to December 7th, 9:00 to 17:00 hours
Requirements without exceptions:
Show the barcode received via email.
Provide proof of your collaboration with the media outlet (independent press/content creator collaborators), or proof of ownership of the social or media platform.
Present valid credentials, a letter from the media outlet, or an ID card.
If you are a content creator, you must meet the minimum followers count and demonstrate at least one year of activity on your social media platforms.
Provide links of your most recent coverage of FIL Guadalajara.
You must not have been sanctioned in previous editions.
Only the following profiles can apply:
- Journalists, camera operators, producers, and other professionals affiliated with a mass media outlet.
- Independent journalist with a cultural and literary dissemination.
- Press teams from publishing houses and public communication offices participating in the FIL’s official program.
- Digital content creators focused on cultural, literary, and scientific topics.
*Press accreditation will not be granted to individuals with profiles that are not mentioned.
*General Coordination of Press and Difussion will determine both the approval and the number of accreditations granted.
IMPORTANT: The press badge is a personal and non-transferable document. In case of loss, there will be no replacement or reprint.
