Payment and cancelation policies:
- Payments must be made within two months of space confirmation, otherwise, the reservation will be canceled.
- In case of canceling a space that has already been paid for, 70% of the payment will be refunded if the cancellation request is received before September 18th; from September 19th until October 16th, the refund will be 50% of the payment made. After October 17th, there will be no refund.
- The deadline to request invoices is December 18th, 2026
It is essential to send the voucher (bank deposit/ wire transfer), clearly identified, to the email address: presentaciones@fil.com.mx.
Payment includes:
- Use of the room for 50 minutes
- 3 badges
- Stereo Soundboard
- Name cards
- Presidium table
- Auditorium style set up
- A table outside the room for book sales or display during the presentation.
Rates for Contracting Streaming Services
The rates for this service are as follows:
- $8,000 MXN per session.
- $7,000 MXN per session (when contracting more than 5 sessions)
