Personal paradises
For Virginia Woolf, paradise was her own room, for Borges it was his library, for Silvina Ocampo the fantastic, for Antonio Machado blue days; for Carpentier, paradise was the whole of America, for Vargas Llosa it's around the corner. Windows that open in a happy dream that provides a glimpse into artistic perfection. Bernardo Atxaga and Julieta Valero, two authors committed to the social and political emergencies of our time, will discuss this imaginary and personal reality that the freedom to write gives them. An intimate and autonomous space, where time flows differently, where shapes and materials have unusual encounters, where language reinvents itself as an expression of being.
Participants: Bernardo Atxaga, Julieta Valero
Moderator: Marta Fernández
